My life is full of family and work. I love what I do day in and day out. I hate to be told NO or YOU CAN'T. I love a good salesman and perfect customer service. With that being said, that's how I run my business. I try not to use the words I don't like to hear, so we have options. And I strive for the ultimate customer satisfaction by being a good salesman, not just selling stuff to anyone. And because of my strong family values, I feel treating people with respect it will go further than any 'discount'.
We've all seen the before and after pics. We all know people who struggle with staying on track. Well, that's exactly how I got started here. I was struggling with postpartum depression after my second son was born. I was vehemently against medications so I read everything I could. Everything said diet and exercise would help so that's what I did. I started tracking my food and I joined a gym.
After losing about 50 lbs my husband joined one as well. The more I worked out the more people asked me for advise. I didn't feel qualified to give answers, so I persued my personal training certification. All was on track until my very first client had a schedule I couldn't accomodate. I knew that her goals had to come first so I connected her to a trainer that could help. That's when I found my strength, in connecting.
It was in this connecting that I wanted to partner with local gyms to help people get results. To my surprise, a local gym manager said "you know you're still fat, right? and no one is going to listen to you." I was supremely upset and when I got home my husband said "why don't we franchise a gym and do what you want?" Being young and naive, I called the same rude manager I had just left and asked him about options, his response to me was "you need to get your sh!t together"
So I bought his competitor. It all happened so fast, and maybe a bit out of spite, but there's nothing more motivating to me than to be underestimated. So here I am 12 years later. Getting my sh!t together. To say I didn't know what I didn't know is an understatement, but with some serious motivation and surrounding myself with an amazing staff that aspires to inspire others, here we are. Doing the dang thing!
